I do not recall any testimony on how the APA with the Amendments is supposed to be ambiguous. And without ambiguity, oral testimony is not relevant. Just like Judge Kimball concluded.

Yes, some witnesses did not understand the agreement. But, that does not make the agreement ambiguous. Did anyone read the APA and Amendments and come to a different conclusion? Based upon the wording?
